Founded in 2015 by Dylan Tham, B+W Builders has grown into a 150-strong Singapore construction, interior fit-out and in-house M&E contractor, operating with the precision, discipline and pace of a motorsport team.
Our story
From a small site team to a 150-strong operation
What began in 2015 as a focused site team under founder Dylan Tham has grown into a 150-strong operation, a core of experienced professionals and a workforce of S Pass and Work Permit holders, all managed to Singapore's MOM and WSH standards.
In 2018 we brought M&E in-house, electrical, fire protection and sanitary plumbing, so clients deal with one accountable team and no hand-off risk. Today we serve all five anchor operators of Singapore's childcare sector, alongside leading community, healthcare and architecture practices.
